This research uses descriptive qualitative methods by conducting observations followed by semi-structural interviews, to obtain valid information from competent informants, namely fishermen households in Branta Pesisir Village. This research is about consumption behavior which is an indicator of household welfare in a region. This can be illustrated through direct research, how much expenditure is spent on fishermen's household consumption in terms of food and non-food consumption. If food consumption is greater than non-food consumption, then the family is classified as less prosperous, vice versa. Human consumption behavior cannot be separated from the rules (sharia) of the Islamic religion, if a Muslim (Muslim) in his consumption violates the provisions of the Shari'a then it is not considered Islamic consumption behavior. Results of research into the consumption behavior problems of fishermen's households in Branta Pesisir Village using an Islamic Economic Perspective. There are findings of the fact that their consumption depends on the income they earn, for fishing families whose income is large they tend to consume non-food, and vice versa. Consumption behavior that is in accordance with Islamic economic principles includes simple living behavior (not wasteful) and likes working together in good deeds.
